GUIDELINES TO SECTION E
STEP 1 Read the whole passage once to understand it Read the questions STEP 3 Circle the correct answer clearly. For the vocabulary question, choose a word that is of the same tense and part of speech as the original word. If a question is difficult, do other questions 1st and come back to it later. Don’t leave any questions unanswered. STEP 2 Read the passage a 2nd time & look for possible answer Underline words or phrases which may help Read the relevant parts of the passage carefully Choose the BEST or closest answer
