Positions are posted online – Internally and/or Externally
Create profile and complete application
2 critical areas: Employment History and Source Tracking
Pre-Screening Questionnaire/Guest Service Survey (if applicable)
Notify employment via once complete

8. THE Interview Process
HR Reviews applications in the order they were received
HR forwards qualified applications to Department Head for review
HR contacts candidates “Ok’d” by Department Head within 3 business days for screening
HR conducts screening
Department Head conducts interview
GM interview (If applicable)
If interviews are positive, HR extends final offer

9. Candidate MUST… Have 2 positive references
Pass company background check (3-14 business days)
Provide proper work authorization on or within 3 days of start date
