Bolthouse Farms started as a small carrot business; the mission was to inspire and change the way people consume healthy foods and beverages.
Now known for their high-quality consumer brands and innovative products, Bolthouse Farms produces and sells super-premium fruit juices, smoothies, protein shakes and coffee beverages in addition to a line of premium dressings.
In 2012, this successful business was acquired by the iconic brand: Campbell’s Soup Company.
Consequently, their product portfolio exploded and regulatory requirement became more complex. Therefore Bolthouse Farms decided to investigate a solution to better manage their product development and shorten the time to market.
In less than 50 days Lascom delivered an operational solution for recipe management and products specification generation. This first successful implementation lead Bolthouse Farms to deploy Lascom CPG in a second phase for new product development business processes.
Today, focusing on Bolthouse Farms and the fresh product division is the key strategy to grow the Campbell’s Business and Lascom CPG PLM is the backbone to support this vision.

Since 2015 Lascom CPG has integrated regulatory information and labelling for various regions (FSMA, INCO, FDA…) in conjunction with multilingual content management.
The Lascom CPG labelling is a differentiator to support our customers who are deploying their business globally .
In 2016, the addition of Lascom’s packaging module streamlines the packaging artwork collaboration to dramatically cut the time to launch a range of products.
Bolthouse Farms is focused on cutting edge innovation. Expansion to Asia Pacific will be their new challenge and Lascom is the solution to support it.
