Chill Out Time Childcare was set up in with the help of New Opportunities Funding for a 16 place after school club. After a very successful journey, Chill Out Time Childcare operate several out of school clubs throughout the city of Newcastle Upon Tyne, as well as other childcare services.

Operational Hours:
Breakfast Club :55am-8:55am
After School Club :15pm-5:50pm
Holiday Club :00am-5:50pm
All clubs operate Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and two weeks at Christmas holidays.

What do we do at out of school club?
Our ethos is about fun, play and enjoyment for the children in out of school club. We follow the children’s interests strongly, and allow them to plan their play spaces, and play provision, with adult support, whilst building their independence, self confidence and self esteem.
Fees: Please see our current price list for fees. We accept voucher payments, college and higher education funding. Visit for information about free 30 hours childcare for ¾ year olds, and help with childcare costs.
Chill Out Time Childcare will develop confidence, self-esteem and independent thinking in the children we care for. Through child-centred play, we start off your child’s first learning experiences relevant to them and fill their day with creative and positive experiences. We want to create inquisitive young minds that follow through their ideas and interests. Why? So we can have strong young people in the future who will want to succeed and fulfil their dreams.  
Snacks: Drinking water is available throughout our sessions, and fruit is offered at regular intervals .We also provide healthy, varied and multicultural snacks, taking into consideration any special dietary needs. We encourage the children to assist in the planning of the snack menu.
