2 Download/Upload Detailed Business Process
All users can download the inventory data to which they have collab access. The download filter allows users to make selections across multiple partners and sites to which they have access. Data measures that are viewable by a user can be downloaded. The system downloads and uploads data in Microsoft Excel format. Boeing users can upload the ‘Inventory Min/Max’ data. Consuming Partners can upload the ‘Inventory Status’ data. The system rejects uploads if the user does not have permission to edit the data. Inventory uploads will not fail for inactive collabs.

Once the ‘Filter Builder’ (F) is complete, click the Next button to access the download status page. Tip: Because you don't get a preview of what is to be downloaded, we recommend that you save a planning schedule filter prior to executing a download. 15 Updating Inventory Data Offline
CP Edits to the Inventory may be done using: Your internal system. Microsoft Excel. Excel 2003 and prior worksheet is limited to 256 columns and 65,535 rows. Excel 2007 does not have these limitations. Only rows in EDIT identified data columns can be changed.

16 Inventory Data CP When you download inventory data, any date that has no data, will not be included in the download file. For example: If there is inventory data for the 1st and 15th of the month, but no data for any other date, then only 2 rows will appear in the downloaded file. If there is no data for an item, you will get one blank row. To add or split data, do not insert a new row into the Excel spreadsheet; instead, copy and paste an existing row, then edit the appropriate data in the editable columns. If you delete a row, the inventory value for that deleted date will become empty ($null) in the inventory upon upload.

17 Inventory Data CP Date format is Mmm DD, YYYY (e.g. Oct 31, 2016).
Mmm = Month (Oct) DD = Date (31) YYYY = Year (2016) The hash/number/pound sign (#) as the first character in the first cell of a row, will comment out the entire row so that the row will not load. If you ‘Copy’ and ‘Paste’ a row, be sure that Excel does not drop the leading zero of a field, going from to 12345, which could cause the upload to fail. ‘Warehouse ID’ must be less than 50 characters.

18 Inventory Min/Max Data
The Min Max Qty Date must be in the appropriate format. The required Min Max Qty must be equal to or greater than 0 (zero). This value must be fewer than 19 digits. Pay attention that you are entering your minimum quantity in the ‘MinimumQtyInventory’ data measure row, and your maximum quantity in the ‘MaximumQtyInventory’ data measure row. # Comment Required field. Format is Mmm DD, YYYY Mmm=Month DD=Date YYYY=Year   Required field.  NO EDIT EDIT Item Warehouse Supplier Code Data Measure Min Max Qty Date Min Max Qty ITEM_A3_T001B 017693 MaximumQtyInventory Oct 31, 2016 6 MinimumQtyInventory 1 ITEM_A5_T002D 9 3 A B C

19 Inventory On Hand Data CP
The required Qty on Hand Date can only be today, not a past or future date. The required On Hand Qty must be equal to or greater than 0 (zero). This value must be fewer than 19 digits. Pay attention that you are entering your available quantity in the ‘AvailableQtyInventory’ data measure row, and your blocked quantity in the ‘BlockedQtyInventory’ data measure row.  # Comment Required field. Format=Mmm DD, YYYY >0 NO EDIT EDIT Item Warehouse Data Measure Qty on Hand Date On Hand Qty Inventory Contact Name Inventory Contact Number ITEM_A3_T001B AvailableQtyInventory Oct 31, 2016 2 ITEM_A5_T002D 456 3 BlockedQtyInventory  Oct 31, 2016  1 C A B

20 Inventory Data Correction
CP After you upload a file, you realize that you misidentified the warehouse so you change the file and upload it again; thus both the misidentified ‘Warehouse ID’ and the correct ‘Warehouse ID’ will be shown and their quantities will be combined. To correct this: Click the Available Quantity link. Click the checkbox to select the misidentified ‘Warehouse ID’. Click the Delete button. 1 2 3
