1 Control Center Long Distance Module
August, 2011 Welcome to Control Center. The intent of this module is to provide an introductory view of the features and functionality available in Control Center for the Administration module. Individualized training modules have been established for each segment and service available in Control Center. For links to customized training videos, visit the Message Center after logging in. Availability of CenturyLink Services varies. Check availability.

2 Control Center Control Center is a free, secure, self-service Web portal that provides access to critical tools enabling easy, safe and fast management of invoices, network configuration and statistics and trouble reporting. Control Center is a robust online reporting tool that can help improve your operation by delivering useful knowledge and greater insight into your business. The portal’s simple navigation and business-friendly resources help users across your organization find the information they need quickly and easily -- at the level of detail needed. All without complicated training. All you need to get started is your computer and Internet access. The portal is available anytime, anywhere 24/7/365.

Qwest Long Distance services provide high-quality connections over the Qwest multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) OC-192 fiber optic SONET network as part of a complete suite of communications tools available to meet your needs. The Long Distance module is comprised of three menu options: Switched Dedicated Repair

The Inventory screen displays a listing of the phone numbers associated with your enterprise. 1. The Filters allow you to apply criteria to the list of numbers so that only those numbers you wish to see appear. 2. The Phone # column allow you to sort your telephone numbers in ascending or descending order. 3. You can also download your inventory by selecting the download link. Note: When downloading your inventory please remember to click <all> if you wish to download your entire inventory set. Otherwise you will receive just the inventory on the current page.

Telephone # Details Screen The Phone Number Details screen gives you detailed information about a selected telephone number while providing the ability to create an alias or friendly name for the telephone number you have selected. Future enhancement to this screen will include, adding, modify and deleting Project Accounting Codes (PAC) associated with your switched telephone numbers. You can access the Phone # screen by selecting the telephone number hyperlink from the inventory screen

Dedicated Long Distance Qwest® Dedicated Outbound Long Distance service provides local access to the Qwest national network via a local loop circuit using Qwest-owned and operated facilities /third-party provider facilities or via customer-provided access. Service IDs are listed according to the actual bandwidth and speed of circuits. These can vary from 56/64 K or Mbps up to one GBPS. Access to your Dedicated LD inventory is available from the dashboard quick links or the drop down Go to menu within the Switched LD module.

Dedicated Long Distance The Service IDs are displayed in a table format. Click Download to import into an Excel spreadsheet. Each column header in the table can be clicked to sort in ascending or descending order. The Search for function is available to refine searches by a particular criteria. Service IDs are hyperlinked to the Details screen for additional trunk and location information

8 Control Center Repair Module
Viewing, tracking and creating tickets for your long distance services is available via the Repair Tab within the LD product module or by selecting Repair from the quick links on the dashboard. The default screen for this module displays a list of all repair tickets associated with your services. This screen displays: Ticket number Service Type Service ID Update & Create date &Status Tickets created within the last 90 days Click the Create Ticket link to create a repair ticket associated with select CenturyLink services. A separate training module has been created for Repair.
