Control Center - General Overview August, 2011 Welcome to Control Center. The intent of this module is to provide an introductory view of the features and functionality available in Control Center. Individualized training modules have been established for each segment and service available in Control Center. For links to customized training videos, visit the Message Center after logging in. Control Center is a robust online reporting tool that can help improve your operation by delivering useful knowledge and greater insight into your business. The portal’s simple navigation and business-friendly resources help users across your organization find the information they need quickly and easily -- at the level of detail needed. All without complicated training. All you need to get started is your computer and Internet access. The portal is available anytime, anywhere 24/7/365.

The Services Module provided links to quickly manage your services with CenturyLink. The view you see will be based on the types of services your enterprise has in the portal and the level of permissions assigned to your profile. Control Center – Service Module Quick Links to your CenturyLink services are available from drop down menus under Services or you can access your inventories & reports using the dashboard widgets located under the Message Center.

Centralized local and national billing information across your CenturyLink service offerings including detailed reporting and analytics tools. Invoices: Use this option to view, pay, print & decide how you would like your bill delivered. ACH, Autopay or Credit Card payments options are available. Analytics: This option provides access to options to download customized reports and manage you billing activities. Detail training material is available. Add Accounts: Add accounts to your enterprise. Reports: Create and customize reports to manage your enterprise. Control Center – Billing Module

The Repair module is used to view and create tickets for the various services of your enterprise. This module has two menu options: View Tickets Create Tickets The Create Ticket screen allows you to create tickets for services associated with your enterprise. Control Center – Repair Module

The Administration module is used to manage the different aspects of your enterprise. As a designated Customer System Administrator (CSA) you can use this module to create secure access profiles, assign permissions & accounts, modify existing users profiles and reset passwords Control Center – Administration Monitor portal activity and generate reports related to the users under your enterprise.

Design the landing page based on your core responsibilities. Use the Customize My Page option to add or delete your services and reports from your Control Center Dashboard. To start, select “Customize My Page to display the services and reports available to your profile. Dashboard widgets can be expanded using the X sign or closed using the – sign. The Arrow is used to directly go to the service associated with the option. Control Center – Customize My Page

The Message Center displays series of short informational messages that continuously move across your screen. Some of the items you can find in this section are: Individual training modules Portal maintenance updates Webinar Links QControl, VoIP, etc Help Links & More CenturyLink Total Advantage ® (CTA) Spend Report The CTA Spend Report provides a high level summary of your total spend on contributory CenturyLink services in relation to your contracted commitment level. Centralized location for your CenturyLink iQ® Networking, Ethernet Private Line (EPL), E-Line and Routing® Services. Interactive map detailing your network & open trouble ticket status. Find detailed circuit information and ticket status instantly by hovering over a location. “Click” on a location to view detailed circuit information. Control Center – Network Map
