1 Deep hip stabiliser strengthening exercises (a) Activation of the SHS muscles in 4-point kneel with TheraBand™ resistance. The degree of difficulty can be progressed by decreasing or increasing the level of resistance, changing the speed of activation and increasing the number of repetitions.
