Post notice regarding the availability. Publishing the qualification necessary to fill the job. Distinguish between essential qualifications and desirable one’s. Don’t rely on words of mouth as a source of recruitment. Use recruiting source that will reach the greatest number of potential applicants in the job market. Be worry of establishing qualifications that might directly or indirectly exclude members of protection group.
