First batch of unpopulated hybrids from ZOT to be shipped today (confirmed) – will receive tomorrow
Where due last week but one hybrid panel failed vendors QC
Expecting full complement of 4 panels (32 circuits total)
Have yet to get a confirmation date for delivery from Stevenage for remaining 10 panels
Should know next week
Quotations are in from Norcott for hybrid population, based on either 10 day or 20 day schedule
What do we require?
Norcott have also feedback information regarding the cleaning of their PCBs after re-flow, vis:
Two types of cleaning chemistry used, Vigon A250 and Vigon N600
Vigon N600 is being trialed, close to PH neutral – if shown to be favourable will phase out Vigon A250
Results so far are very good

Cleaning sequence is the same, whichever agent is used:
20 minute wash in the chemical
4 minute rinses in de-ionised water
30 minute drying cycle
