PRODUCTION PROCESS SchedulingInventory Incoming QC BinningPre-assemblyCalibration Final Assembly Final QA Packaging & Shipping

OUR CONSTANT GOALS  Off the shelf for 90 percent of our orders  Binned and routed to production within 48 hours  Expedite orders binned and to production within 24 hours  Special order requirements addressed in 24 hours and ordered ASAP  Ensure that all orders are a high quality product and meet the required ship date.

Work Order Travelers  The documents that get the ball rolling  Complete information is needed from sales reps and customers in order to produce a Work Order and get it into production process  Delay in information can cause a critical delay in the order being processed and shipped

The model number on the work order traveler specifies the meter  Work order travelers and SIP-05-15-DC24-SVAO5 components for binning shown

VENDORS, Machinist & FABRICATORS, SUPPLIERS  CONTINUOUS OVERVIEW OF TURNKEY AND MACHINING & FABRICATION SCHEUDLES  SUPPLIER RESEARCH, QUALITY, PRICING, DELIVERY  FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING AND MAINTAINING A BALANCED INVENTORY THAT CAN MEET SALES REQUIREMENTS

PARTS RECEIVED QQQQUALITY CONTROLLED AND VERIFIED

Weekly & Daily Overview  W ork orders are received by Production for primary review of any special gas or calibration requirements and Production Manager sign off.  Work orders are then routed to Operations and Purchasing  Work order model numbers and quantities verified  SPECIALS and EXPEDITES, special parts / component requirements addressed  Work order binning process takes place where all components and parts associated with each specific work order and meter are pulled together for production process  Upon binning completion work orders are routed to their first phase in production

PRODUCTION PROCESS  The binned orders are routed to temperature calibration.  From that process they are moved to pre-assembly where they are prepared for flow calibration.  Once flow calibration is completed they are routed to final assembly and programming.  When that phase is completed and verified the meters are routed to QA for final check.  When QA has completed this process the meters are released to shipping with their required documents and if included all associated hardware.

SOME PHASES OF PRODUCTION

METERS READY TO SHIP  WHEN SIGNED OFF BY QA, ORDERS ARE RELEASED TO SHIPPING.

THE FINAL TOUCH: SHIPPING  Final contents check list verification  Proper container and packing material selected  Check work order data base for shipping address and method  Ready for carrier pick up
