Supreme Court- 9 Justices appointed by President and approved by Congress Can declare laws (acts of Congress) unconstitutional Can declare executive actions unconstitutional.

16 Veto Powers Legislation is passed by the House and the Senate and then presented to the President He has the power to veto that document Sends it back to Congress within 10 days
