4. What is AVID all about?
In AVID we will teach how to take Cornell notes in your classes and use them to study better. We learn how to critically think and work together in tutorial groups twice a week.
Weekly binder checks help you stay on the right track towards organization.
Even though Avid may be a lot of work…
we still have fun!
- fun Fridays: making ice cream (from scratch), and playing team-building games.

Who in here has ever spent time digging in there backpack trying to find a homework assignment? Do you ever feel that your materials get misplaced?
