Learning agreement (Changes still possible till October 20, they must be approved by home coordinator), Transcript of Records (At the end of studies, order it in international office once you have all the grades in the system)

Student ID Card Personal registration Number (EMŠO) Bus ticket form Instructions for activation of your UL Digital Identity Schedule of Courses (See QR Code)

9 Student ID card Student ID card of the University can be used for enabling discounts on admission to museums and sights, inexpensive meals in some restaurants and discounts on many forms of transport. The Student ID card of the University is an official document that gives the exchange student the same rights as to Slovene students. The card is used as an accession to libraries and faculty exams.

10 Personal Registration Number (EMŠO)
The EMŠO is a personal identification number in the Republic of Slovenia. It is entered in official records and other databases when so stipulated by the law. You will need it, for example, for buying monthly bus tickets etc. For Bus ticket you need signed & stamped form, which you can get in international office

11 Your UL Digital Identity
You need it for access to Student Information System You can use your digital identity to access different IT services offered by the UL. Read more about the various IT services offered at or Your UL digital identity is comprised of your username and your password. The username resembles an address, e.g. You must first activate identity on special portal - you will receive your username and your password during the process of identity activation. See Instructions!

Exams (exam registration, withdraw from exam, exam dates, exam results) Don‘t confuse this with Virtual Classroom!

18 ECTS evaluated sports subjects
You can take ECTS evaluated sports subjects in University Sport Center (main University building). Each subject is worth 3 ECTS. Further information: The application will be active from 2 October 2017 at 8am until 13 October Everyone accepted to ECTS sports subjects will receive an notification regarding the start date. Notification will also be sent to the students who were not accepted to the ECTS sports subject. The subjects will start on 23 October 2017

19 Psychosocial counselling office
Psychosocial counselling office is a place for students to talk with professionals trained in counselling or (psycho)therapy about different perspectives, questions, dilemmas, discrepancies connected to (future) professional work or questions that arose from doing practical trainings, visits, internships etc. in different organisations and institutions in terms of student’s own functioning or in terms of observed practices (i.e. supervision and coaching). 4th floor main library + reading room Monday to Friday h (Saturday 7-14h) First of all, just to tell you that the library is located on the 4th floor of this building. There are 2 spaces, one is the main library and next to it is a silent reading room. Both spaces are open Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, and between 7am and 2pm on Saturday. It is free for Erasmus students to use the library. You bring your student ID and as we enter your details onto our system, you become a member. With your student ID, you can also use other university libraries in Ljubljana as well as the National Library in the city centre. access to other university libraries

electronic access to online journals, books etc. password for remote access As a member of the library, you have access to your account online, where you can check which books you have on loan, renew them so you are not late, and make requests for books you would need. You will be given a password at your fist visit to be able to login online.    We have electronic access to online academic journals and books. They are also available to use remotely; but you will need a password which, as I said, you will be choosing at your fist visit. There are links to electronic databases from our website, which is available in English too. We offer study and research support in the library – we can help you with finding and accessing resources, gathering information on a specific topic and help you with citations when you are writing your essays. We also provide training on how to do all these things - if anyone would be interested, speak to me. You can also contact me with any other questions you might have, as I am the librarian assigned for Erasmus students. We prepared some brochures with some additional information about the library, which I will pass around. You will also find a map of the city and Slovenia.
