3. Game – a trip to the moon
Decide on a passenger list to take on a trip to the moon (you will be there for a month). Select 10 people, discuss what characteristics they have, what skills and qualities they would bring to the team, why you would take them and what roles they would play.

Be clear and direct in your communication
Deal with any misunderstandings or conflict you may have with other team members
Clarify your purpose and the resources you have available – this includes your strengths
