3. Over the years, the Customer Service Division has worked with other stakeholders to expand client communication channels.
By these channels clients can access basic policy details without necessarily coming to our offices.

4. We are putting the channels out again so staff especially our Distribution Team will propagate these channels.
When well propagated we will improve our client experience and reduce walk-ins.

Please log on ( click on the Enterprise Life tab on the left pane, click on "Go to Policy Holder App" and create an account if you are a new user or log on if you are an existing user.

Enter either your mobile phone number or your address as registered with Enterprise Life..
Click on 'Create New Password'.
Provide personal details as registered with Enterprise Life for verification.
One-time password will be sent to the phone number or address provided to proceed.
Enter the one-time password to create a new password.
