Uptime Solutions belongs to Volvo Group Trucks Sales and Marketing EMEA and offers on the spot and round-the-clock customer and dealer support throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. The support consists of communication and solution services in 2 area’s :
Breakdown support towards the owners of Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Volvo Buses and Volvo Penta equipment.
Technical support towards the dealers of Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Renault Trucks and Volvo Penta.
At present this service is provided in 18 languages out from 4 locations : Gent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Lyon (France) and Johannesburg (South Africa). Below position is located in Gent.

FUNCTION - CONTENT
You register calls and problems in a logging system
You follow-up the breakdowns and keep the driver, customer, home dealer informed about his case
You negotiate acceptable solutions for logistic & technical problems
FUNCTION - PREREQUISITES
Being fluent in English in combination with Swedish + German or French is a must. Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
You have good customer-oriented collaboration, communication and facilitation skills.
Basic skills in MS Office applications are required.
Technical knowledge is an asset.
