With 20 years experience also responsible for responsible for project management, scheduling and budgeting, including 4.5 years with CGA. Experience in the City of South Miami: City of Coral Gables, Principal Planner EAR coordination between both municipalities. Liaison for Zoning Code Rewrite, Mixed-Use District and Mediterranean Design Guidelines. Greenberg Traurig, Senior Planner Conducted site analysis, due diligence for REIT owned properties including working with previous staff on redevelopment possibilities, inconsistency between land use and zoning and difficulties with RO Zoning.

Town of Surfside, Florida CGA, was able to mediate the sometimes competing interests of both parties , while remaining true to the vision of the community. Massing studies, discussions of materiality and finishes, and restrictions on qualities of development played a critical component of the package. Established hierarchies within the predominant residential areas to vary requirements and intensities of architectural treatments, depending on location, in order to foster a high-quality, livable neighborhood.
