3 Current & Future Projects  Zoning Bylaw (full review – expected completion December 2015)  Community Energy & Emissions Plan (October 2015 Council)  Update guides for Development Application procedures  Update other bylaws and policies as required (i.e. OCP review - current OCP adopted in 2007)  Provide ongoing staff support to the Environment Committee  Collaborate with CVRD and other local government staff on special projects when necessary (i.e. Regional Integrated Planning Study, Airshed Management Strategy)

11 Advisory Design Panel Provides an objective, professional view with regard to the public interest and gives impartial professional recommendations on matters relating to the design context of development proposals or policies that affect Duncan`s physical environment.
