Oversee all aspects of the campaign - Project Manager Develop communications plan - Weave in 150, themes Set Objectives – Financial Goal, Pledge rates Strategies – Blitz, canvass booths, canvass in Sept ,Incentives Timing – Campaign roll out - Frame the campaign Build team with natural leaders from across organization Ensure the right people receive the right training/awareness
