Develop a solid quantitative and qualitative toolbox of information and benchmarks defining excellence in retail
Become recognized for RETAIL thought leadership and education, and participate in the strategic dialogue among retail leaders
Provide tools to help retail service companies train and encourage excellence among their employees
Partner with American On-Line University to build accessible relevant educational opportunities that retail service personnel can use to build their skills
Recognize excellence in the performance of retail service
Help retailers, manufacturers, and service provider companies find great people to fill retail jobs
Build the utility, recognition of, and acceptance and use of the Job Bank
Stimulate interest in retail careers among qualified individuals
