2 To start, once logged into your Lodge, click the “Lodge Reports” button.

3 report, we’ll start with the "Goodtime Report".
Here you will have several options, we will work through these in order and discuss some of the functionalities within each type of report, we’ll start with the "Goodtime Report".

4 in order of most good time to least, just click "Get Report".
For the most part, on all of the reports, the default values will work just fine. If you desire a more detailed report, feel free to adjust the search criteria as needed. This report will return all active members in order of most good time to least, just click "Get Report".

5 Here are the results. As you can see, the most senior Mason by years as a Member are listed first.

6 Selecting the “Cross Tab Format” renders a cross tab view
Selecting the “Cross Tab Format” renders a cross tab view. Any of the reports can be exported to a CSV file for collaboration in other office applications. Cross Tab Format

7 You can also do the same thing with your deceased members.

8 The "Perpetual Membership Report" will show you who has purchased a Perpetual Life Membership, who has purchased a Memorial Perpetual Life Membership and the calculations for each.

9 Check "Printer Friendly" if you are planning on printing the report
Check "Printer Friendly" if you are planning on printing the report. You also have the option of sorting by selecting "Member ID", "Full Name", "Deceased Date", "Date Purchased" or "Amount". Printer Friendly

10 Choose "Get Report" or "Get CSV File"

11 The results include the Member ID, Certificate Name, Full Name, Deceased Date (if deceased), Date Purchased and the Amount.

12 The "Members Report"offers several options.

13 birth date and Lodge status.
In the Members Report screen, simply using the default settings, returns a list of your members with their member number, name, date joined, birth date and Lodge status.

14 By adding a check in the box next to "Show Status Date" you will add the Status Date column which will show the date Perpetuals were purchased. Show Status Date

15 By adding a check in the “Show Degree Dates” box, the results are added to the report.

16 A right click on your mouse on this page will bring up a selection box

17 By checking the "Printer Friendly" box you get a slightly different rendering of the spread sheet, more printer friendly, and by right mouse clicking in that window you can select print to send to your printer. Printer Friendly

18 Be sure to choose your printer and click on print for your report.

19 When you select the “Get CSV File” the Database generates a link so you can download and save to your computer a CSV file, suitable for importing into other office products for further functionality and productivity.

20 Choose the "Member Contact Info Report" for detailed contact information for a member.

21 To view the report data, choose "Get Report" or choose
"Get CSV File" to download the data.

22 Access Member Contact Information for all Members with this Selection or refine your report by choosing from the dropdown menu.

23 This report shows all contact information for the member. You can choose the "Lodge Status" to refine your selection of members. You can also access a single member by clicking on the "Member ID"

24 This is the page you will see when you have clicked on a "Member ID" - From here you can edit the member detail or address.

25 Next we’ll look at the “Service Awards Eligibility Report".

26 This report should give you those members who will be eligible for a 25, 50, 60, 70 and 80 year membership award in the year indicated.

27 There is a minimal charge for the 25Year-Pin.
The Grand Lodge provides the Year-Pins, certificates and cards for 50, 60 & 70 year members. There is a minimal charge for the 25Year-Pin. You must submit an Application to the Grand Lodge Office for EACH of the eligible Members.
