13 Agriculture Changes Life
Before the Neolithic Revolution, peoples main goal every day was getting food to survive. Nearly all of their time was spent finding and preparing food. Agriculture makes food production easier and more reliable. People now knew where they were getting their food and they didn’t need to spend as much time looking for it. How do you think this will change the lives of early humans?

14 Humans begin to develop at a faster rate.
People can stay in one place longer and didn’t have to move following their food. Settlements became more permanent. With more time on their hands, people have more time to think and develop new ideas. Humans begin to develop at a faster rate. The world population grows quickly now that there is more food available. People could now have more children because they were not worried about feeding them.
