It will be located at 167 km from Bucharest and only 67 km from Pitesti
Arefu village development strategy aims to transform Ghitu sight in a tourist resort of national interest, in accordance with EU standards and placed on thematic tours.
The Urban Area Plan have been the foundation for implementing the tourism infrastructure of the future resort.
Development zones (A, B, C, D, E, F, H), due to the infrastructure of tourism, will be the result of the current infrastructure project implementation.
