Working as part of the network of County Voluntary Councils across Wales to look at how we meet the needs of groups Efficient, capacity building & empowering ways of working Funded by PAVS for the third sector in Pembrokeshire A reshaped way of working for PAVS Our ethos working with groups has always been one of empowering groups to do things for themselves and to build capacity. This tool sits very firmly alongside that message and way of working.
