ATS automates ticketing process for bookings created by any Internet Booking Engine

Amadeus ATS is an external module related to IBE ticketing robot, which supports different workflows and compatible with different tools (e-Power, Symphony, AIE etc.)
RTS and ATS integration enables auto ticketing on the Subagent’s web sites, using RTS workflow basis, credit limit control and reporting

Commission level. If there is no FM in the PNR, the commission level is calculated and inserted in the PNR by Commission Manager

14. Amadeus ATS usage with AeTM
ATS can be used for AeTM auto-ticketing
Customer has a freedom to choose whether or not Autoticketing is required.
So if user chooses AUTOTKT yes, then PNR is sent to appropriate Queue and RM is added
If not, then PNR is sent to regular queue for manual ticketing

Existing IBEs not all have the in-built auto ticketing , or they are not adapted to TA workflow, or much expensive
However, auto-ticketing is an essential service that TAs must offer to remain competitive in an increasingly difficult market. Furthermore, it is possible to automate the ticketing today and avoid the cost of ADMs
Therefore TAs should fully automate the ticket auto-issue service to build customer loyalty, protect the TA channel and generate revenue
