Clayton’s is a free range egg farm in Romsey Phillip the farmer only rears free range chickens- his chickens have the freedom to roam in the open air. All Claytons eggs are Lion-marked and safe to eat. You can choose between either medium or large eggs Local Flavours

8 LYBURN FARM Local Flavours
Lyburn Farm is situated on the edge of the New Forest, and makes a variety of different cheeses in their small dairy You have the option to choose from these Lyburn cheeses at the Co-op…. Lyburn Winchester: A hard, mature cheese with a nutty flavour Lyburn Gold: A softer, milder cheese, with a creamy texture and taste. Lyburn Garlic and Nettle: A herby, fragrant cheese with a soft texture. Mike and Judy use milk from their own herd of cows to make their cheese Local Flavours

9 PRATT’S FARM Local Flavours
Chris Pratt’s family farm in Andover are producing Hampshire’s first rapeseed oil Rapeseed oil is really versatile, and can be used for stir fries, roasting and baking. Also, with its nutty flavour, it works well as a dressing. It also has health benefits over olive oil, such as being lower is saturated fats, and higher in Omega 3 and Vitamin E Chris only uses rapeseed from their farm to make their oil Local Flavours

10 POLLEN ORGANICS Local Flavours
Richard and Christianne Pollen make organic sauces, pesto and dressings in their kitchen at Bramshott Chase on the Hampshire/Surrey border. All their products are made by hand in small batches to ensure there are top quality. Local Flavours

11 THE REAL JAM AND CHUTNEY COMPANY
Hazel makes these by hand in her Winchester kitchen- again, in small batches so she can retain the high quality that is lost in mass produced food. The Real Jam and Chutney Company make jams, marmalades and preserves that are made to top secret family recipes The Carrot Chutney, Spicy Apple Chutney and Cucumber Pickle are all Gold Taste Award winners, and can be used to compliment a variety of different dishes. 12 BURSLEDON WINDMILL Local Flavours
Bursledon Windmill is Hampshire only remaining working windmill. Using traditional methods, they mill a variety of different types of flour, using local wheat. Bursledon Windmill flour contains no additives or preservatives at all. Local Flavours
