3. A Review of Our previous lesson
A believer is a friend of Jesus who has repented of his bad ways and received Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Friends of Jesus loves and obeys the word of God. His heart is pure without dirt or spot, by this he is said to be walking with
God.
Wisdom means the ability to do something perfectly well.
Walking with Jesus means living a life of love, obedience and purity of heart.
Therefore, believers walk and wisdom means a friend of Jesus that is living as Jesus lives.

4. What is Marriage
Marriage is one of the most important teachings of the Bible.
God first started marriage between Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
Marriage is important because it produces family. The family is also important to the church.
If the family is well, the church which is made up of
many families will also be well.
Each member of the family has different roles to play in order to fulfil God’s plan.

5. ROLES OF THE FAMILY FATHER He is the Head and Leader of the Family
He leads the family to PRAY and OBEY God’s word
He also provides for the needs of the family
He loves the mother and the children and takes care of them
ROLES OF THE FAMILY

6. ROLES OF THE FAMILY MOTHER
She cooks and gives the family members food to eat.to eat.
She takes care of everybody especially the children.
She teaches the children to love Jesus
and obey God’s word.
She Loves the father and teaches the children to love, respect and honour others.

7. CHILDREN
God demands total obedience from the children to their parents without going against God’s word.
Children of God must watch against disobedience, bitterness, selfishness and rebellious behaviours , in order to have peace and love in your family
Friends of Jesus who obey God’s word, their family will be an image of God’s kingdom on earth and their family will be Happy and Blessed

8. Always spend time to pray for family to be what God wants them to be
ALL MEMBERS
When all the members of the family live according to God’s word, then they will be qualified and be ready for the best marriage coming up very soon.
It is the marriage supper of Jesus Christ. Make
sure you are ready.
