Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 4 ounce can diced green chile peppers, drained
12 taco shells
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup finely shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese and/or Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
Directions
Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
Stir in the chicken, tomato sauce, and chile peppers. Heat through.
Divide chicken mixture among taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Makes 6 servings.
Mexican people arrived in USA in the 19th century ,because they worked for railway compagnies .Today there are over 33 million Mexican Americans = 11 % of the US population.

For the Masala chicken you need :
1 chicken,a half teaspoons of salt,2 teaspoons of oliver oil,1 onion,1 /4 teaspoons of pepper, 1 teaspoon of galric , 1/2 teaspoon of tomato puree, 1/2 teaspoons of garam masala 1 teaspoon of curry powder 1/4 teaspoons of salt, 6 cl of water
Step :
Preheat the oven at 180°
Put the chicken in the oven and add 1/2 teaspoons of salt and oliver oil for 40 minutes.
Add the onion, pepper, garlic,tomato puree , garam masala, curry and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix and add the water
Put in the oven for 5 minutes .
And eat !!!!
During WWI, 2,5 % of the Indian population arrived in England.
The British people sollicited the Indian population to come.
