Formed in 1912 District Operated for 46 years without any treatment plants. Changing regulations, increases in water demand resulted in the need to operate the reservoir system that required treatment plants. Today our treatment plants are the engine of our water system and we cannot operate without them.
MESSAGE – Treatment plants are essential to supply of drinking water.
