5 LAYOUT: The Windows Plan(Zoom) Window Profile Window Layout Window
3D Window The Status Bar The Information Window The Switches Window LAYOUT: The Windows

6 LAYOUT: Zoom Window Keep the Button depressed
Click a 2nd Time to Finish the Area Definition Click with your Left Mouse Button to Start Setting Zoom Area. Keep the Button depressed and Drag to the Area Size required LAYOUT: Zoom Window

7 LAYOUT: Zoom Window The Zoomed Area will automatically
Appear in the Layout Window The Size of Zoom Area stipulated will dictate the Extent of the Zoom in the Layout Window LAYOUT: Zoom Window

To Restore the Previous Zoom, Click on the View Menu and Select the Best Fit Option For More Information about the View Menu consult the Planes in 3D Presentation LAYOUT: Zoom Window

To Open the Profile Window Double Click in the Title Bar Crucial to Know! Docking is an Action in which the Window in use will always Return to it’s Original Position when Double Clicked.To Free the Window from it’s Constraints Docking can be deselected LAYOUT: Profile Window

Click on the View Profile Icon. Select a Truss to View in this Window. The Truss Clicked on will be Highlighted The View Profile Icon will Shadow your default cursor whilst you are in this menu Technical Data for the Truss Profile selected will appear here The View Profile Icon will Automatically appear in the Bottom Right Corner of the Screen LAYOUT: Profile Window

To Exit the View Profile facility click on the View Profile Icon again The View Profile Icon will Shadow your default cursor whilst you are in this menu Select a Different Truss Shape and View the Technical Data Example 3 LAYOUT: Profile Window

16 LAYOUT: Editing Solid 3D View
Docking is an Action in which the Window in use will always Return to it’s Original Position when Double Clicked.To Free the Window from it’s Constraints deselect Docking. Step Size affects the Speed at which a Zoom Command is Executed in the 3D Window Redraw will refresh the Roof in the of the 3D Window Reset View will reset the Roof in the Centre of the 3D Window LAYOUT: Editing Solid 3D View

The Roof in the 3D Window can be viewed with a White Background Save As enables You to Save the Picture in the 3D Window in Bitmap Format Print enables You to Print the Picture in the 3D Window To Free the Window from it’s Docking Constraints deselect Docking Hide enables You to Close the 3D Window. To Reopen, go to the View Menu and Select LAYOUT: Editing Solid 3D View

You can Edit Views in 2D,3D & Truss Profile The Switches Window is the Default Editor for the Views that appear in the Layout Windows LAYOUT: Switches Window

to open sub menus of Elements. You can Edit the 2D Plan Elements for various Parts of the Building entered LAYOUT: 2D Switches

3D Window Here You can Remove Planes in order to View Trusses once the Roof is Framed LAYOUT: 3D Switches
