We are pleased to announce the launch of our custom mobile application, Falcon. Our planned Go-Live date will be 4/11/ Although we are officially announcing our Go-Live date, there are planned activities that must be completed to ensure a successful launch of Falcon. After a thorough, collaborative process, the Falcon team is ready to deliver a simple, modern, intuitive retail execution tool to Field Trade Marketing. None of this would be possible without the full commitment of our Falcon Trade Advisory Group. This group, representing both R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJRT) and Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company (SFNTC), provided the necessary feedback in which the Falcon application was built. We want to thank this team for their on-going support and their tremendous effort. The purpose of this communication is to provide details for the following topics: Recap of previous communications The Falcon application New hardware processes Training Falcon Go-Live procedures timeline Falcon support section 01

7 Simple, Modern, Intuitive and Mobile
Falcon Mobile Application Simple, Modern, Intuitive and Mobile The Falcon application has been designed to be simple, modern, intuitive and mobile. With the flexibility of the built-in Verizon LTE functionality, there is no more need to replicate and the application is designed to be used both in on-line and off-line mode. You will need a VPN connection to sync data in the Falcon application. The application has been designed with both RJRT and SFNTC employees in mind. Based on the employee’s user profile, the application will be customized based on the Operating Company. When using the application, we recommend having a connection to create any data in Falcon. If data is created in off-line mode, the data will automatically sync when a connection is made. The following processes will require an Internet connection: Chatter Account Approval Searching Accounts outside of your territory Pricing Tool within a Site Visit Uploading Attachments Coupon Reconciliation Process Access to Historical and Locked Promotions Payments Capturing a Picture Images while placing an Order Map will not pin your location section 03
