Biology- Study of living things
Anatomy- Study of plant and animal structure
Botany- Study of plants
Ecology- Study of how organisms interact with one
another and their environment
Zoology- Study of animals and their life.

Physical Science- Any of the sciences dealing with matter, energy, physics, or chemistry
Areas of study
Chemistry- Study of matters composition, properties, reactions, and structure.
Physics- Study of matter and energy and the interactions between them. (Ex. gravity, light, time)

8. Earth Science
Earth/Space Science-any sciences that deal with the earth or space, what it’s made up of, or any of its changing aspects. (land structures, oceans, weather etc.)

Geology- Study of Earth’s structures
Meteorology- Study of the atmosphere including weather and climate
Paleontology- Study of the forms of life that existed in prehistoric age
Astronomy- Study of the universe beyond the earth's atmosphere

- Do all scientists look the same?
- Do all scientists use the same tools or work in the same environment?
- Do all scientists study the exact same things?
