Coordinator will check entry requirements and if student meets entry requirements they will be placed in one of the 3 areas 1/04-1/13 Computer will randomly select students (165 students total) After February 3rd 2/8- 2/15 Acceptance period; Parents must log in to make a decision to remain on waiting list or accept an invitation 2/24- Final wait list numbers Application Process

8 CET- Designed to prepare students for employment or advanced training an Electrocardiograph Aide.
CNA- Designed to prepare students for employment as nursing assistants, nursing aides and orderlies CMAA-Will prepare students for employment in physician’s offices and clinics doing administrative tasks. BACE- Certified individuals have a knowledge and skill set applicable to entry level positions in the biotechnology industry. Certifications

We strongly encourage students to volunteer during 9th and 10th grade for bright futures, but it is not a requirement. Florida Bright Futures

13 Volunteering Required 200 hours
At least 100 in a medically related setting Can start between 8th and 9th grade summer All hours must be documented and turned into Mrs. Banks by May 1st of your Senior year Volunteering

14 Purpose The purpose of the HOSA organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program. HOSA
