4 credits English 4 credits math Algebra 1 or Algebra 1A/1B Geometry 3 credits science Biology 3 credits social studies World History US History Economics with Financial Lit US Government 1 credit Fine/Performing or Practical Art 1 credit HOPE (not needed for 18 credit option) 8 electives (3 for 18 credit option) 1 course must be through online learning (not needed for 18 credit option) Assessments Pass 10th grade ELA exam Pass Algebra 1 EOC The following courses have EOC’s that will also count as 30% of the final grade: Algebra1 Geometry Algebra 2 Biology US History GPA and Credits 2.0 minimum unweighted GPA 24 credits

4 Standard Diploma Scholar designation
For both 24 credit and 18 credit options Meet graduation requirements of cohort group AND: Earn 1 credit of Algebra 2 Earn 1 credit in Statistics, Trigonometry/Analytical Geometry, or Calculus Earn 1 credit in Chemistry or Physics Earn 1 credit in a course equally rigorous to Chemistry or Physics AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Environmental, Anatomy/Physiology Honors Earn 1 credit in AP, IB or college DE course OR pass an approved industry certification exam Earn 2 credits in the same foreign language Pass the ALL EOC exams with 3 or higher, as determined by FLDOE:

6 Promotion requirements
To enter 10th grade: 5 credits with at least one credit in either math or English To enter 11th grade: 11 credits To enter 12th grade: 17 credits To graduate high school: 24 or 18 credits, required courses and assessments, and 2.0 grade point average (GPA)

7 College admissions & Scholarships
Take rigorous courses- Advanced Placement and Honors Earn grades that will get you accepted to the college of your choice – 3.5 weighted and higher Develop good study habits and time management skills Perform well on state and national assessments (FSA, PERT, ACT, SAT)

8 Guidance Express Students have access to a counselor during lunches on Monday through Friday. Schedule appointments w/ individual counselor or speak to one directly at guidance express Pick up ACT/SAT waivers (upperclassman) Ask questions Discuss concerns or ideas

9 Tutoring Flextime every Wednesday – student select the course assistance is needed in, sign up and attend National Honor Society Tutoring 2 days a week 1 hour after school Student sign in and out of the tutoring and updates are sent to the teacher of the subject area the student receives tutoring in
