3 Minimising Damage from Physical Threats
Ensure offices are locked Alarm the buildings Use camera and surveillance equipment Restrict the number of access points Have security at night Have insurance in case of fire, flood etc.

4 Minimising Disruption caused by Problems
Store software in locked cabinet Back up all files regularly Insurance for equipment and property Key staff should be aware of a disaster recovery plan
