Franchise India will assist Novatech in promoting, identifying, selection and appointment of franchises all over India.

10. Financial Requirements
The franchise expenses will be 5,00,000/- which is include
- 8 Novabot
- 5 Novaboard
- 2 NXT kits
- and other supporting accessories.
The above material is sufficient to train 600 students on the principal of 100% utilization of men and materials.

11. Action plan
Novatech will depute one person for franchise assistance for one week after signing of the agreement.
Novatech will provide training to staff members of the franchise at Bangalore.
In special cases Novatech will provide faculty for limited period which will be charged.
Novatech will provide all the course materials, training equipment, and course curriculum to the franchise.
The revenue will be shared in the ratio of 80% to franchise and 20% to Novatech.
The Fee structure depends on type of school, Training period & Local conditions.

12. Action plan
Student will be provided with training kits, course materials, trained faculty and other support.
Franchises are permitted to use the Novatech brand, which is owned & supported by one of the best education brands.
Guidance on Center design, Marketing Guidance, Academic Guidance, Development Guidance.
Provide centralized advertisements and all leads from the franchise area are forwarded to the franchise.
