Jan SGG proposal for StanfordYou integration. Working group formed. Review challenges, needs, and examples. Define and prioritize requirements. Evaluate and recommend solution(s). Revised proposal (Fall 2017)

Jan 2017 SGG project proposal. RFP circulated to qualified vendors. Proposal review and vendor selection. Archibus / RSC UIT project manager assigned. Detailed project funding charter. Scope Budget Schedule April 2018 go/no-go decision for June 2018 launch.
