2 Lesson Essential Question
How do I use my iPad to stay organized as a student. Success Criteria: I can navigate Schoology I can add an event to my calendar. I can create a reminder. Today’s lesson includes a lot of step-by-step directions. It may be easy for students to get lost or confused along the way. Consider modeling the process with your iPad under the document camera so that students can see where/what you are pressing on the iPad as they follow along.

3 I lost my paper on the bus.
My dog ate it! I couldn’t find the directions. It was in my backpack earlier, I promise! Purpose: Today’s lesson will emphasize the benefits of using some of the digital tools for organization. Have students share out some of the reasons/excuses they have seen & heard for not completing schoolwork or turning it in to the teacher. Throughout the lesson, they will see how the iPad is a tool that can help prevent some of these. What are some common reasons you’ve seen for not turning in schoolwork?

4 Brainstorm: What could be some of its benefits?
