Nothing fundamentally wrong but: Tailoring is not visible enough There is no explicit guidance on organizations adopting PRINCE2 Balance so it is less process biased Not explicit on pre and post project activities, e.g. benefits Change theme launches straight into configuration management Rationalize plans into one place More practical considerations Compliance of risk theme with M_o_R®.

8 Authoring team Nigel Bennett - RSM UK
Nigel was a member of the authoring team for Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 2009 edition, and has recently been a member of the team developing P3M3® version 3. Nigel helps organisations improve their project, programme and portfolio management capability Robert Buttrick - Project Workout Limited Robert is an international authority on business-led, programme and project management with a successful track record for building project management capability in a wide variety of blue-chip companies. Phil Stanton - Independent Consultant Over the last 15 years, has made significant contributions to the design, implementation and embedment of large-scale tailored versions of PRINCE2 at Network Rail (GRIP), Highways Agency (PCF) and TfL (PMF and Pathway).

9 Mentoring team Andy Murray - RSM UK
Andy was the lead author for PRINCE and co-author for the current version of P3M3, with over 20 years of varied experience (public sector/private sector, SME/corporate, domestic/international). Andy is a partner in RSM UK. Keith Richards - agile KRC Limited Keith was the author for PRINCE2 Agile, he is the founder and director of agileKRC a company that specializes in bringing the benefits of agile and lean to organizations of any size. He has also been awarded the ‘Most Valuable Agile Player’ at the UK Agile Awards. Michelle Rowland - A&J Project Management Limited Michelle is the PRINCE2 Chief examiner. She is an experienced project and programme manager who has, for more than 15 years, been providing a business-led focus to large change initiatives.

20 Transition summary Your current certification will remain valid for 5 years At launch PRINCE2 will be available in English only Dutch, German, Polish, French, Danish, Norwegian & Italian to launch in 2018 June 2017 to end 2017 – existing or updated examinations January 2018 – exams in English will be based on the update Transition to the updated PRINCE2
