2 COMPANY BACKGROUND We began as a small, two-person surveying firm called M.E. Berry & Associates in Hollywood, Florida. Known today as Calvin, Giordano & Associates (CGA). Innovative and creative partnering offering a comprehensive approach.

INDIVIDUAL TO BE APPOINTED TOWN ENGINEER ROBERT McSWEENEY, PE Director of Construction Engineering Acting contract Town Engineer for three (3) years issuing permits, performing plans review, performing inspections, preparing capital budgets, attending staff and commission meetings, managing capital projects including: roadway, drainage, and underground utilities Experienced in the prioritization and implementation of various capital improvement projects for many municipalities Extremely knowledgeable in Public Works and engineering standards as well as environmental and building code regulations Has assisted in the preparation of Design Criteria Packages for a variety of projects Experienced in Construction Management, Administration and Bidding Services Over 26 years of experience in civil engineering with specialization in utilities infrastructure design and construction

Lauderdale, City of Pompano Beach and the City of Deerfield Beach Has worked extensively with permitting agencies and various municipalities, county planning, environmental and health protection departments, water management districts, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Is an appointed member to the Broward County Unsafe Structures Advisory Board

Fulfill the duties of the Town Engineer as a qualified licensed Florida Engineer as directed by the Town Manager / Commission Attend Commission, development review and other requested meetings Assist in the preparation of agendas, reports, cost estimates, Commission communications, and Capital Improvement budgeting Review permit applications and associated engineering plans for compliance with Town Standards, and plats Perform inspection services for work within Town R/W Perform Project Management / Construction Administration duties

Act as a liaison to the Town in response to resident queries Provide Floodplain Manger tasks for substantial improvement permits Manage the Town’s GIS database Assist in the preparation of government grants and loans
