$30M in Specialized Inventory • Stock all program products to ensure quick turnaround • State-of-the-art inventory management system mitigates backorders • Adapt to changes in program scope or design • Navigate through unforeseen product issues with alternates • Eliminates costly restock and return fees We inventory all products that we sell to ensure quick turnaround for projects RES uses an industry-leading inventory management system from Intuit Eclipse Driven by inventory activity and builds historical sales usages and takes into account how long it typically takes to get products in from our vendors System sets minimum reorder points, so once a product hits that point, the system automatically reorders to mitigate backorders Carry over $20 million of dedicated inventory at our central distribution center to ensure proper flow of materials Our team is prepared to pack and ship materials within one day We work with our manufacturers to forecast annual usages to ensure that we have equipment on the shelf to support programs (over $9M through the branch network) Confidential
