Minimum COURSE Requirements for High School Graduation
English – 4 credits Math – 4 credits Science – 3 credits Social Studies – 3 credits Health – ½ credit P.E. – ½ credit (2 semesters) or waiver (Fine Arts in grades – 1 credit ) Electives – 5 credits Total for HS Graduation – 20 credits *Testing Requirements to come later in presentation

English – 4 credits Math – 4 credits including Alg 1, Geom, Alg 2 & another higher level course (Transitions NOT included) Science – 4 credits including chemistry and physics Social Studies – 4 credits Foreign Language – 3 credits of the same language OR 2 credits of two different languages Fine Arts – 1 credit in grades Cumulative gpa of 3.5 or higher Composite score of 27 on ACT or equivalent on SAT *(state is considering changes to Honors Diploma)
