3. Bonolio S.A.S
Bonolio was established in 1934 by Vincenzo Bono, a dedicated gentleman who recognized the importance of extra virgin olive oil.
 The company today is lead by Vincenzo’s four sons, Michele, Damiano, Giuseppe and Salvatore.
Bonolio olive oil factory now includes the biggest oil-mill in Sicily, with an olive oil production capacity of 5 tons per hour distributed on four production lines, four bottle/can machine lines of a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour and an olive oil stock capacity of over 5,000 tons.

5. P.D.O Val Di Mazara
Our P.D.O extra virgin olive is certified and guaranteed by the Ministry of Agricultural Food and Forest Politics law Art. 10 of the Regulation EC 510/2006.
This regulation guarantees that the origin of the olives used to produce P.D.O Val di Mazara were grown and harvested in the exclusive Val Di Mazara region of Sicily. The regulation also states that the factory that produces this special oil must also be in this Sicilian Region.
Thus, Bonolio is proud to be the largest producer and trader of P.D.O (Protected Designation of Origin) Val Di Mazara-Sicily Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the world.
Our P.D.O Val Di Mazara-Sicily has won numerous awards, including best International/Italian island extra virgin olive oil at the Los Angeles competition in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012.
