2 How to do the work First, you have to know how many people are expected to eat the food. Then, you need to know how many people your recipe can serve. Next, find out the factor by dividing the number of people expected with the number of people the recipe can serve. Finally, you multiply that quotient with the amount of each ingredient

3 Our recipe’s conversion
The number of people expected is 24. The number of people that the recipe can serve is 4. To find out the factor we have to divide 24 by 4 which equals to 6 6 will be multiplied by the ingredients in the recipe so the recipe can serve 24 people.

4 Our ingredients Recipe for 4 people
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese 1/3 times 6 equals 2 ¼ cup dry breadcrumbs ¼ times 6 equals 1 ½ 1 tablespoon minced parsley 1 times 6 equals 6 ½ tablespoon dried basil ½ times 6 equals 3 ¼ tablespoon salt ¼ times 6 equals 1 ½ 1 pound chicken breast tenders 1 times 6 equals 6 1 tablespoon butter times 6 equals 6 1 ½ cups tomato-basil pasta sauce 1 ½ times 6 equals 6 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 2 times 6 equals 12 ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ times 6 equals 6 1/3 shredded Provolone Cheese 1/3 times 6 equals 6 1 large Egg White times 6 equals 6
