10 HoCare : Operational Program "Competitiveness and Sustainable Development" 2014-2020
The general title of the specific Priority Investment of the Structural Funds mentioned above (Priority Investment 2c: “Enhancing ICT applications for e-government, e-learning, e-inclusion, e-culture and e-health”), includes measures, each one of them targeting specific target groups (e.g. for some measures as “Final Beneficiaries” are named only the Public Services, for some others only the SMEs etc). Past experiences show that this approach doesn’t fit to the efficient generation of innovative project by using whole regional innovation chains. Through the participation in the HoCare and specific projects we will attempt to support the QuadrupleHelix approach, proving the need for including in the Final Beneficiaries all sectors required in order to achieve the best from the activities applied in the framework of the Structural Fund. We will in cooperation with whole stakeholder group achieve the change in the management of the policy instrument or change the strategic focus of the policy instrument, required change in the operational programme is to extend the “Final Beneficiaries” and bring other identified GP gained by policy learning in HoCare to the OP.

11 CHRISTA : Pafos Regional Strategic Tourism Development Plan
PRBT is particularly interested in introducing innovative approaches such as digitization of cultural and natural heritage assets, leading edge interpretation facilities as well as preservation and promotion of the rich intangible heritage of Pafos region. There is a need for new projects connected with the above, as well as improved governance and structural change, in conjunction with national reforms and initiatives in the Operational Programme for Growth and Jobs. It is envisaged that the improvement of the policy instrument will have positive impacts on the national OP. In recent years, cultural tourism has developed rapidly worldwide. Attracting Cultural Tourism by traditional and emerging destinations will depend on the overall cultural product each destination can be present, but also by the successful promotion of this product in countries regarded as sources of Cultural Tourism. Factors that shape a cultural tourist profile is personal interests / motivation as artistic, historical and educational, the various activities such as events (eg festivals, fairs and exhibitions) and visits to various cultural institutions, including museums, galleries and heritage sites (eg areas of special interest, monuments, tradition, food and historical centers). By developing an integrated cultural product, which will showing all the individual cultural potential of Pafos will create a clearly enhanced product that is capable of attracting Cultural & Heritage Tourism.
