2. What is the ‘Lite’ add-in?
Depending on your requirements we have 2 different versions of our PowerPoint add-in. This presentation focuses on the Lite add-in
The ‘lite’ version is available from the Microsoft Office Store as ‘Meetoo – Real-time polling’ and is compatible with Mac OS and Windows. Ideal for Mac users or those with tight restrictions on installing software.
The ‘complete’ add-in is our most powerful and integrates seamlessly with Windows operating systems. It’s perfect for high- profile presentations where slide design and a clean interface are crucial, but will require administrator privileges before it can be installed.

3. First check requirements are met for the Meetoo Lite PowerPoint Add-in
System requirements
This add-in requires one of the following applications:
PowerPoint 2013 Service Pack 1 or later
PowerPoint 2016 for Mac
PowerPoint 2016 or later
PowerPoint Online
If so you can download the add-in here (on your PC or mac) and click ‘Add’

4. What do I do next? 1. Check its installed…
Once downloaded then open up PowerPoint and go to the ‘Insert’ tab then click on ‘My Add-ins’. In ‘My Add-ins’ you should see the ‘Meetoo – Real-time polling’ Add-in.
Refresh or shutdown PowerPoint and open again if you don’t see it.
You should see the add-in now like below:

5. What do I do next? 2. Start using the add-in:
Insert a blank slide into your PowerPoint deck – I’d advise inserting a title and content slide.
Click in the Content box on your blank slide and go to Insert>My Add-ins>Meetoo – Realtime polling
This will add an object to your Content box, from here you can watch a short video to show you want to do next.
Once the video tutorial is finished just click ‘Create poll’ to create your poll.

6. What do I do next? 3. Get ready to poll …
Ensure your meeting is ‘Started’ in the dashboard (click the play button inside your meeting)
Connect your PowerPoint to your Meetoo account by clicking the people icon
Enter your Meetoo dashboard username ( ) and password then Meeting ID
Enter slide show mode and start polling!
Click ‘Start Poll’ to open the poll. Click ‘Open Poll’ to close the poll and display results.
To exit or move on from the poll slide click the Next Slide button

7. Additional information
This add-in and does not work in conjunction with the Complete add-in, although core functionality is the same.
A Microsoft Office Store 365 add-in isn’t downloaded to an individual machine (like the Complete add-in). It is synced to your Microsoft account, so as long as you are logged into a network machine under your Microsoft Office 365 account you can access our Office Store add-in (via ‘My Add-ins’).
