Temperature must be warm and rainfall apropiate to grow the crops. Some adverse phenomenon such as frost, hailstones or drought can damage the crops.
Relief:
The sunny side of a mountain, the orientation to the hot winds, plains and low lands offer better conditions for crops. High mountains, their shidy side and very steep slopes are bad for the cultivation.

Land ownership can be different wether the land own to one person or more. Some people don't have any land and work as day labourers or rent a piece of land to cultivate.
