3. Accessing 3E Online Go to www.3eonline.com.
Enter assigned User Name and Password
Click on Login
OR, click on intranet bypass link

4. Bypass Link
Forward this bypass link to your IT Department Copy the attached link above
Right click on your desktop and select "New" and then "Shortcut". In the command line, paste the link by pressing "Ctrl+V"and then press "Next".
Name the shortcut "3E SDS" and then press "Finish".
You will then see a new shortcut on your desktop titled "3E SDS".
To test the link, double click on the new icon.
You will repeat this process on each computer you would like to have the "3E MSDS" link available.

5. Search Company Catalog
Click on the SDS tab
Click Show All to display all products available
OR, use search criteria to refine results
Example: “WD-40”, by WD-40 Company
Select a search criteria from the first drop down box:
“Product name” = WD-40
*Multiple search criteria can be selected to help refine results
2. Select one of the search methods from the second drop down box:
Contains = “WD-40”
Equals = “WD-40”.
Begins with = “WD-”
3. Click “Search” to display search results

Search results are populated and sorted alphabetically by product name
Re-sort results by clicking on a different column header
The total number of records found are displayed in the bottom right corner
To increase the results volume displayed per page, click the drop-down selection box
To move to the next page of search results, click the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page

To view an SDS for the product selected, click the blue document icon beside the product name
A pop-up menu will display all of the documents available for the product selected
Click either “View”, “ ”, or “Fax”

8. SDS Search – 3E SDS Library
Millions of SDSs can also be accessed by using 3E’s SDS Library
Note: This is an optional feature
Click on 3E SDS Library

9. SDS Search – 3E SDS Library
Enter your search criteria and click on Search
Click on the blue paper icon to view the SDS
You can save and print SDSs from the 3E SDS Library

10. Search SDS by Location
Under the Inventory tab, select Search Inventory
Select the location on the facility tree
Click Show All to display all products or use search criteria
OR, use search criteria to refine results and click on Search

11. Search SDS by Location
Click on the Action button to view the product’s SDS, Product Summary, and to create secondary container labels.

12. Secondary Container Labels
After selecting the Product Summary feature, there are quick links on the left side and SDS product related data on the right.
Click on the Action button and select Labels to create a secondary container label.

13. Generating Reports
Under the Report Center tab, select Inventory Reports
Select a location
Select the Inventory Summary
Click on Run Report
Save the Excel File
Most reports will be in the Excel format
