3. | 3 LED Sign Tube Overview The EVERLINE Sign Tube is an easy retrofit solution for existing signs using 2’ to 10’ T12HO and T8HO fluorescent systems. The Sign Tube installs using the existing spacing and recessed double contact (RDC) lampholders of the sign for mechanical mounting. – Easy installation means lower labor costs. System power is supplied by a class II 24V constant voltage power supply.

5. | 5 Ease of Installation RDC style endcaps can be clocked in 90 o increments to ensure correct lamp orientation. Unique LED provides a natural 175 o dispersion pattern providing excellent uniform appearance. Leads are provided at each end of the Sign Tube for pass through (daisy chain) style wiring or parallel wiring. It is only necessary to connect one end of the module leads to the power supply (cap unused leads separately). Note: wires connected to existing lampholders are not used

9. | 9 Wiring Daisy Chain / Series Wiring: Parallel Wiring: Flexible wiring options, Daisy Chain or Parallel  Red/White and White wires at opposite ends of the lamps are internally connected.  Unused leads must be individually capped.

10. | 10 Maximum Driver Loading Maximum Loading of a standard 24V 100W power supply  Note: Max 32’ of single sided modules OR 16’ of double sided modules may be used on a 24V, 100W power supply such as the L24V100UNV-A or D24V100UNV-A

11. | 11 Application/Installation 1.Disconnect power to the sign and remove the existing lamps and ballast(s). 2.Make sure the RDC ends of the Sign Tubes are in the correct orientation. 3.Install the Sign Tubes in the existing lampholders. 4.Install the driver(s) in the electrical raceway. 5.Connect the driver to the LED Sign Tubes. 6.Ensure the class 2 wiring has been completely enclosed in the raceway before restoring power.
